Orders are shipped within 1 business day of being placed online. Orders placed after 12:00 P.M. PST (3:00 P.M. EST) on Friday or anytime over the weekend, will be shipped the following Monday.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Free shipping only applies to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states) and can take 2-6 business days to be delivered once shipped. If you need sooner, we do offer the following services:
UPS® Ground shipping takes 1-5 business days to deliver depending on the departing location and delivery destination. Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (sometimes later) to residences and to business addresses during their normal business hours. Weekend delivery is available in eligible locations.
UPS Next Day Air®delivers to most ZIP codes and businesses by 12:00 P.M.
UPS Next Day Air Saver®delivers by 3:00 P.M. or 4:30 P.M. to most commercial destinations, by end of day for residential location
UPS Next Day Air® Early delivers as early as 8:00 A.M. to most major cities in the U.S. or by 9:30 A.M. to most other cities
All orders using a P.O. Box for the shipping address will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Minor Outlying Islands orders are excluded from free shipping and are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.
All APO, FPO, and DPO orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Orders shipping outside of the domestic United States will only be eligible for the following U.S. Postal services:
Customs duties, taxes, import fees, etc. are not included in the shipping cost at checkout. Volte is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, etc. levied by your country or any brokerage fees associated with clearing your shipment through customs.
Should your order be returned to us for non-payment of duties, taxes, import fees, etc., you will be refunded less the original outbound shipping fee and subsequent return shipping fee.
