Volte Universal Warranty:

• Warranty commences from date of purchase

The warranty covers:

• 12 month warranty on all stitching
• 12 month warranty on all gluing, taping, fluid seams and materials

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches and fading
• Damage caused by anything other than defects in materials and workmanship
• Use in rental, teaching, commercial or instructional programs or activities
• Use in chlorine swimming pools
• Wetsuits that have been sold second hand or have been sold as seconds (sold as a product with existing defects)
• Wetsuits repaired by other repair services

How to proceed with your warranty claim:

• Return to your local Volte dealer – If purchased from an authorized in-store or online Volte retailer, please contact them directly. They will provide you with a replacement or store credit.
• Volte direct – If purchased on voltewetsuits.com, we require that you provide photos of the defective area(s) before we can replace, repair, or offer store credit. If the claim is validated, we will provide you with an RMA# and either ask for the item to be shipped back to our location or that you destroy the item along with relaying a picture for our records. We will then replace, repair, or create store credit in the form of a personal coupon code for the cost of the item. We do not offer refunds for warranty claims.

Returns: 

We know it can be difficult to get it right on the first try or maybe the item just wasn't up to your expectations. Either way, if you need to return an item, we will honor a refund, exchange, or store credit for up to 60 days after the purchase date. 

To be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received. Please include any Volte branded tags and original packaging that accompanied the purchase.

If you are in the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states, which does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico), we will provide you with a return shipping label at no extra cost. If you are outside of the contiguous United States, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Please consider using a trackable shipping service to ensure proof of delivery or purchasing shipping insurance in the event your package gets lost or stolen while in transit. We will not be able to provide a refund, exchange, or store credit without proof of delivery. 

Before sending your item(s) back to our location, please email info@voltewetsuits.com, with your return request. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds:

Upon the arrival and inspection of your return, we will send an email notifying you that your reimbursement has been initiated. The refund will be on the original method of payment. Depending on the payment used, the reimbursement could take between 2-10 business days to post. 

Refunds are only applied to the cost of the product. All shipping costs, including return shipping, are non-refundable. For orders shipped outside of the United States, we will not refund any handling fees or customs duties/taxes. 

Exchanges:

We will be more than happy to ship out a replacement upon the arrival and inspection of your return, however, exchanges are only eligible for customers in the contiguous United States. If you are located outside of the contiguous United States, you will only be eligible for a refund. You can then repurchase the new item after the refund has been initiated or at your convenience.  

Store Credit:

If you would like store credit, we will create a personal coupon code for you to use at checkout on your next purchase. Only the cost of the product will be eligible for store credit. If you paid for an outbound or return shipping fee, this will not be included in store credit, nor will any handling fees or customs duties/taxes you were responsible for.

Orders are shipped within 1 business day of being placed online. Orders placed after 12:00 P.M. PST (3:00 P.M. EST) on Friday or anytime over the weekend, will be shipped the following Monday.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: 

Free shipping only applies to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states) and can take 2-6 business days to be delivered once shipped. If you need sooner, we do offer the following services:

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Minor Outlying Islands orders are excluded from free shipping and are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. 

All APO, FPO, and DPO orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

Orders shipping outside of the domestic United States will only be eligible for the following U.S. Postal services:

• First Class Package International - 7-21 Days
• Priority Mail Express International - 3-5 Business Days
• Priority Mail International - 6-10 Business Days

Customs duties, taxes, import fees, etc. are not included in the shipping cost at checkout. Volte is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, etc. levied by your country or any brokerage fees associated with clearing your shipment through customs.

Should your order be returned to us for non-payment of duties, taxes, import fees, etc., you will be refunded less the original outbound shipping fee and subsequent return shipping fee.

Due to restrictions, we will not be able to ship to the following countries:
